General Description

The Administrative Assistant at this location will perform a wide variety of administrative and office support activities in support of the operation. This position will report directly to the Director, but will also support our Department Managers and Duty Managers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers, team members, and/or prospective new hires
  • Plan and coordinate large events for up to 300+ people
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Other duties as delegated by management
